MY PAYPAL CARD WAS NOT SHIPPED TO ME

This is one of the most frustrating messages I occasionally receive from our customers and other folks who work or do business online. So I thought I should write a small piece on the problem and how to go about solving it.
What are the possible reasons you did not receive your card?
– Perhaps you didn’t apply for the card at all? 
LOL, but seriously, maybe you thought you applied for the card but you didn’t actually complete the application process. Check your email for a confirmation message from Payoneer.
– Your card application was not approved
Yes, it is possible that your application was not approved. Perhaps you did not provide all the details or documents requested. Once again, check your email for a confirmation message from Payoneer. They will always send you an email confirmation informing you that your application has been approved along with an estimated arrival date.
– Your card was lost in the process of shipping
This is the most likely reason why you did not receive your Payoneer mastercard. While you certainly don’t expect your card to be lost by the courier, you can’t strike off the possibility of accidental loss. However, most of the cards that never end up reaching their owners are lost because they were shipped to the wrong address.
You see, Payoneer gives you the option to have the card shipped to your street address or your P.O box. If you do not provide a valid street address and you still fail to provide a P.O box, you will certainly not receive your card. If you do not provide a street address, your application will not be approved.
So what should you do?
– Ensure you provide a street address (home address). If you are not sure what this is, this should give you a clue:
“Afya Center, Tom Mboya Strt, Nairobi” or “Finance House, opp KCB, Ruiru”

– Ensure you provide a P.O box for shipping.
Please note that the card can only be shipped to you so even if you will be using someone else’s P.O box, have it addressed to you and notify the owner of the P.O box that you will be expecting mail through their P.O box.

What should you do if you didn’t receive yours?
It’s rather simple – contact Payoneer customer support and request for a replacement. Be sure to provide a P.O box for the second shipping.
